Hi there. Allow me to introduce you to Roxxanne Wells. She is originally from Gulfport,
MS, and has been in Florida since 2005, the year of Hurricane Katrina. She first started
in Real Estate Sales back in 1999 in MS where the market was quite different. Since
then she has been learning and growing in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. She
has been in the Development and Construction phase of new communities, as well as
the Property Management side of the Business. For the past 10 years, she was a
Property Manager that sold vacation rentals along Destin and the 30A markets. Most
recently, she was a Listing Specialist and handled over 22 successful closings for
Sellers in the area within a 6-month time frame. Roxxanne has a vast knowledge of the
industry and the area, and would absolutely love the opportunity to help you as well.
Being a Mom of 4, a wife to an amazing Chef, a full-time Realtor, and a Friend, she is
sure to take you on a most beneficial journey. Over the last couple of years, she and the
family have started trying to discover and explore the many natural springs in this state
alone and they are all quite fascinating she explains. What she can tell you is that life
will throw things your way that can make you question a lot, and at that moment you
start to contemplate what’s important. Roxxanne decided she wanted to be one of those
people who will never have to work a day because she has the career she always
wanted. When not selling dreams to folks, she loves being out on the water, kayaking,
or boating and feels she is the best Angler in the world, as she loves to fish as well.

smallest of things is something Roxxanne continues to remind herself of daily. This area
