Seacrest Real Estate

Have You EverBeen To Seacrest On 30A?

Tucked between Camp Creek Lake, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach is a colorful and thriving beach community called Seacrest. Close to everything, and yet somehow quite relaxed, Seacrest is an ideal place to reconnect with friends and family. Bikes and flip-flops are the transportation of choice here, except for the occasional golf cart loaded up with kids, coolers, umbrellas and sand buckets.

The “town center” of Seacrest is arguably The Village of South Walton Beach, featuring several cute shops and restaurants, as well as a convenience store.

Known as Peddlers Pavilion, this is a fun spot where kids can splash around, vacationers can rent bikes, and all can enjoy a unique selection of food and shopping experiences – including Peddlers Pub, 30A Bagels & Coffee, The Sweet Peddler candy and ice cream, and more.

30A’s Emerald Coast In addition to the Seacrest’s gorgeous beaches, there’s also a 12,000 square foot swimming pool hidden in the expansive Seacrest neighborhood. One would think that it’s difficult to “hide” a 12,000 square foot pool, and yet, Seacrest somehow pulled it off. If you can find it (you’re probably a homeowner or guest), it’s certainly worth checking out.

The Inn at Seacrest is equipped with pool lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a nice sized pool and hot tub. A short stroll across 30A to the beach access takes families to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.
